Thanks to alum Marta Powell we have been able to recover some missing spots in the Writers’ Festival history! We have now been able to add the winners for poetry and short story for 1973 and the winner for poetry in 1974 as well as part of both of the Aurora magazines for those years (see Magazine Archive). We were also sent a newspaper clipping from the Atlanta Journal announcing the ’74 winners (see below). Thank you so much Ms. Powell for your contribution to recording Agnes Scott history!
